However, when I typed in my 'Customer ID' and then the 'Confirmation Code', and pressed 'next' – nothing! I went back to my computer and, using the 'Existing User' check box and 'Enter Codes', progressed through. It loaded perfectly, and I was able to create an account, activate the program – and received back the 'Confirmation Code' as well as the 'Activation Code'. I went to my wife's computer, and loaded one of the programs onto it. Removed the software and started again – and still nothing. The 'Help File' says that I have to go through 'Account Manager' in order to set up an account in order to register them – but it won't let me even get to that stage.
I entered the serial numbers for them both – but the 'next' button would not highlight for me to continue.
I loaded them into the computer, and when I went to register them, I was told to go to 'Account Manager', which I did. I have just purchased two software items that use Libronix (Word Biblical Commentary & Tyndale Commentaries - not the Logos system itself).
